I have had a life long interest in  metaphysics, health, healing, animals and the spiritual world.   I received my Bachelors in Nursing in 1993 as a second degree.  I have been working as an RN in hospice since 1997 and it is here that has given me many opportunities to practice healing.  Along the way I have become a Certified Massage Therapist, Jazzercise instructor, and studied various forms of healing including Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapuetic Touch and Shamanism.  In 2000, I met Donna Eden and that has called to me ever since.  After years of being in a study group and practicing on friends and hospice patients, I became certified as an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner in 2010.  Ijcompleted the third year Clinical Practicum in the fall of 2011.   I am also certified as an Eden Energy for Women Instructor. 

I am a mom of two fabulous children, Mary age 12 and James age 9,  wife to a very devoted husband Richard, and guardian of one German Shepherd and three cats.  For my health and healing I practice daily yoga,  meditation, and am truly always learning something new.
